We want you to be 100% happy with your gift. If for any reason you’re not doing a happy dance when your package arrives, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be:
In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused)
In the original packaging (because presentation matters!)
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order receipt
Basically: no mystery mugs, no half-eaten candles.
Shoot us an email at cs@ohwhatagift.com with your order number and what’s up. We’ll guide you through the next steps and give you a return shipping label (if it’s a go).

Oh no! That’s definitely not the vibe we’re going for. If your item arrives broken, weird, or just not what you ordered, let us know right away at cs@ohwhatagift.com. We’ll fix it—scout’s honor.
The easiest way to get the item you really want? Return the original (we’ll help), then place a new order once your return’s accepted. Quick and clean.
If your order shipped to the European Union, you’ve got a 14-day “cooling off” window to return your items—no reason needed. (But we’re still curious. Was it the color?)
Just make sure the item is unused, in original packaging, and you’ve got proof of purchase.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection (we’ll spare you Lulu’s checklist), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
